(KHAAMA PREES): The security forces conducted multiple airstrikes in Ghazni, Helmand and Laghman provinces of Afghanistan in the past 24 hours killing at least 19 Taliban militants. The military officials said Tuesday an airstrike in Deh Yak district of Ghazni province killed one militant of Taliban group. The officials further added that three airstrikes in southern Helmand proivnce killed 7 militants of Taliban. The security forces conducted the airstrikes in Marjah and Lashkar Gah districts and Nawah-Ye Barekzai of Helmand province, the officials added. Another airstrike in Alingar district of Laghman province killed 8 Taliban militants, the officials said, adding that a similar air raid killed 3 Taliban militants in Alisheng district of the province. The Taliban group has not commented regarding the airstrikes so far.
