\nIt has come to the attention of the Centre for Conflict and Peace Studies (CAPS) leadership that an unofficial document, focusing on the Islamic State Khurasan Province (ISKP) has been published and circulated under the CAPS name.
\nThis document is not an official CAPS research product. It was not commissioned, supervised, or endorsed by CAPS\u2019 leadership and does not reflect the methodology, editorial standards, or institutional views of CAPS.
\nOur initial review strongly suggests this analysis was drafted and disseminated by a former researcher, acting in an individual capacity and without authorization, in direct violation of our procedures governing the use of the CAPS name and logo.
