Therefore in the joint meeting on Nov 17, 2020 in the presence \u2026 of the host country, it was decided that the rules & procedures will only be considered final once they are presented to a general meeting of both delegations & approved there.\u201d The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has shared its understanding of the elements of the introduction with the other side (Taliban), the statement added. Earlier, Taliban spokesman Naeem Wardak tweeted that the \u201cprocedure\u201d to take the intra-Afghan negotiations forward had been finalised between the two sides on November 15.
