Located in Kabul, Afghanistan, CAPS is an independent, research centre that strives to conduct action-oriented research which will influence policy-makers. It works diligently towards building local capacity to produce conflict and threat assessments that will influence the safety and security of the people serving the governments, and international aid organizations.

BIOGRAPHY


Mr. Hotaki joined center for conflict and peace studies (CAPS) at 2018 as Research Analyst. His practice areas include research on Terrorism and security issues at national and trans-national level. He has variety of skills such as: political, security, business, communication and management.

Mustafa Hotaki completed his bachelor degree in business administration from University of Pune, India at 2016, as well as, he took The Changing Global Order and Security course online at Leiden University, Netherlands. And he previously worked as Administrative officer.
