KABUL (Pajhwok): One person died and 16 others were wounded when a passenger vehicle overturned due to high speed in western Herat province, an official said on Friday.

The flying-coach vehicle was on its way from Herat City, the provincial capital, to Kushk district when it skidded off the road and overturned, said director of the zonal hospital in Herat City, Dr. Arif Jalali.
